Partnering closely with the owners of The Brig Pub, we executed a digital transformation that was both cost-effective and customer-centric. Hospitality and Management

In a venture that fused our digital expertise with real-world hospitality, we embarked on a project to design, set up, market, and manage an 04-thumbnail property located in the vibrant heart of Ottawa’s ByWard Market. Our approach was holistic—encompassing every aspect from interior design to online presence, crafting an experience that would stand out in the bustling short-term rental market.

We began by thoughtfully designing the space, ensuring that each element, from furniture to decor, reflected a style that was both inviting and representative of the local culture. Our goal was to create an environment where guests could feel an immediate sense of belonging and luxury.

In parallel, we developed a robust digital strategy to market the property. This included setting up an engaging Airbnb listing, complete with high-quality photographs that showcased the property’s charm and amenities. We also implemented targeted marketing tactics to reach potential guests, highlighting the unique experiences awaiting them in ByWard Market.

A critical component of our service was managing all guest communications. We ensured every inquiry and booking was handled with professionalism and a personal touch, building a reputation for excellent service. Additionally, we took charge of maintaining the digital image of the Airbnb, constantly updating the listing with new photos, guest reviews, and local tips to keep it fresh and appealing.

VIP: The City of Ottawa

Multimedia Project

Between 2018 and 2019, our team took on the ambitious project of rehabilitating and upgrading the City of Ottawa’s first computer-based artwork, V.I.P. — a unique multimedia sculpture composed of concrete towers that house speakers and electronic components. Originally developed by the innovative composer Michael Bussière and brought to life through the sculptural forms of Mark West, V.I.P. was designed to be an interactive installation that responds to movement, creating an evolving tapestry of computer-generated music and sound compositions.

Our involvement brought a fresh perspective to this experiment in art, integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance the sculpture’s interactivity. We meticulously worked to preserve the installation’s original intent while modernizing its capabilities, ensuring it remained a captivating feature of Ottawa’s public performance art scene. This project was a testament to our commitment to the arts and technology, demonstrating our ability to sustain and improve upon the intersection of digital innovation and community engagement.
